Qinggong Extravaganza refers to the fictional form of qinggong, which is heavily exaggerated. Expect some characters to be able to circumvent gravity to fly, cover tremendous distances in a single stride, run across water, mount trees and jump over or scale high walls through the power of their martial arts.

To achieve this in live-action stories, actors will instead rely on the power of Wire Fu, though the desired effect is probably best experienced in animation. Some iconic scenes would be characters running across roof tiles without making noise nor tilting the tiles, or crossing bodies of water about the size of a small lake.

Qinggong (轻功) translates to "body lightness skill" and is in fact a real form of Chinese martial arts skill. It is also the predecessor of parkour.
