Ryoko Shiraishi is a seiyuu born in 1982. She is typecast as either the effeminate young man (who occasionally drops Bridgets on male characters) or the mature and supportive lady.
Formerly a member of the seiyuu group DROPS, along with Mariko Kouda, Akemi Kanda, Ai Nonaka and Tomoko Kaneda (they disbanded in 2004).
Not related to Minoru Shiraishi.
