All dressed up, only to go to a Burger King-style restaurant

  • The Vice Kings arc has the most funny moments out of the three gang arcs:
    • Johnny Gat and Aisha's bickering early in the Vice Kings arc. At one point, Aisha is dressed in a fancy outfit, expecting Johnny to take her to dinner at 'someplace nice', but they actually go to Freckle Bitch's, a fast food restaurant, which Gat considers 'fine dining'.
    • Playa raids Tanya's brothel in Always Use Protection, which involves walking in on VK members and prostitutes performing sexual acts and then killing them.
    • The cutscenes involving the VK leaders, particularly Warren's determination to combat the Saints and King's reactions.
    • The ending cutscene of Best Laid Plans, where Gat makes fun of Tanya sleeping with both Tony and Warren, and then the fight between Gat and Tony.
    • In Green With Envy, Playa impersonates Tanya's limo driver, and waits outside the record studio while Tanya has sex with Warren, with Tanya noting that he doesn't last long. Tanya's quips in the limo are also funny, as well as when Playa sneaks up behind her to knock her out. In the ending cutscene, Gat angrily tells Playa to untie him, and then unloads several bullets into Tony's corpse as catharsis.
    • During Round Peg, Square Hole, Gat talks about tough times concerning his relationship with Aisha. Problem is, Playa is a mostly Heroic Mime, and Gat is let down by his lack of advice. At the end of the mission, Gat blows up Kingdom Come Records a second time, purely to give Warren Williams a "fuck you".

  • After the failed Carnales assault on Third Street during Strength in Numbers, Troy lights his cigarette on Victor's dead, burning body while Dex looks on in surprise and disgust.
Cquote1

Troy: What?

Cquote2
    • This is made even funnier when it's revealed Troy is an undercover cop. I imagine he and some of his friends have been wanting to do that to Victor for a long time.
  • In a bit of Mood Whiplash, Lin and the Playa are locked in a car trunk during Burying Evidence, and have this exchange:
Cquote1

Lin: Hey! I think we stopped moving! Are you listening? Are you even alive? Say something!
(audible smack)
Lin: Ow! I'll take that as a yes... Where the fuck's my lighter...

Cquote2
  • Playa doesn't speak until the final mission of each story arc, as well as during the final cutscene.
    • During the Vice Kings final mission All the King's Men.
Cquote1

Johnny Gat: I'm gonna skullfuck that bitch.
Playa: Hope you don't mind hepatitis.

Cquote2
      • What makes that scene even more funny is the fact that it happens in an elevator with calm music playing in the background while Benjamin King and the player are in total silence until Gat comes up with this gem.
      • What's even more hilarious is Gat's "huh?!" look after Boss says his bit. Up to that point he must've assumed he couldn't speak.
      • After a few drinks in the second game, the female Latin boss will call back to this incident like it was the funniest thing ever. Speaking of which, when she brings up her balls. Yeah, her balls.
    • After Angelo is killed in the final Carnales mission What Goes Up..., Luz arrives late.
Cquote1

Dex: So what's in here? Guns? Money? Some uncut shit? (Looks in the bag) SHOES?!
Luz: Actually, they're this season's new—
Playa: BULLSHIT! That's LAST year's fall collection!
Luz: (nervously laughs) That's not true—
Playa: (cocks gun)

Cquote2
    • After Playa blows up the truck Joseph Price tried to run him over with in Semi-Charmed Life, Julius calls him:
Cquote1

Julius: That was an hell of an explosion! You okay, Playa?
Playa: I got ran over by a muthafuckin' truck, what do ya think!?
Julius: Oh, quit bein' a bitch!
Playa: (double takes at the phone)

Cquote2
    • During the final cutscene, where Playa interrupts the final speech with:
Cquote1

Playa: Yo, can we speed this shit up? I wanna go to Freckle Bitch's.

Cquote2
  • The Drug Trafficking missions involve Playa protecting the dealer. While the Vice Kings area has a stereotypical black gangster and Los Carnales has Tobias, the Westside Rollerz has Laura, an incredibly average suburban white mom who wants to get into the business because one of her friends told her it was an easy way to make money. Among the funniest things she can say after you do something like blowing up a police car is "Oh, how am I gonna explain that to the PTA?". Even better is that she is unlocked as a homie after passing all eight levels.
  • The Freckle Bitch ads are a hoot, especially when she announces a free gift for the girls: a pearl necklace.
