Ok. Let's just face it. No one would ever realise what kind of person stands behind these characters. Because Nakahara-san is a decent-looking middle-aged guy in his early 60s (b. 1961). But DAMN he's got a voice that still turns on legions of fangirls.
Of course, most of his roles were when he was younger. He's been a voice actor for over 40 years (debuting in 1982 as Jun in Makyou Densetsu Acrobunch), so he's no spring chicken. But he still does his job well.
Nakahara is known mostly for his roles as Android 17 from Dragonball Z, Trowa in Gundam Wing, and Yoko Kurama in Yu Yu Hakusho. Recently, he's voiced Mouri Motonari in the Sengoku Basara series.
