- "Blinded No More" is a rather uplifting song in the end- He gives the girl one more chance.
- The cover of Bette Middler's "The Wind Beneath my Wings" also comes to mind, it is the only clearly uplifting song in Sonata's repertoire.
- Flag in the Ground is pretty clearly uplifting. Being about a family escaping a life of poverty and serfdom in Europe to claim a life of wealth and freedom in midwestern America.
