  • The Artifact: Space Ghost playing Sonic & Knuckles in "Gum, Disease" is because the show was originally sponsored by Sega in its first season, and in between the break would be a "Space Ghost is brought to you by Sega" bumper. For some reason, Sega opted out after the first season ended.
  • Hey, It's That Voice!:
    • Birdman's voice actor is an interesting case. Scott Finnell has usually only done commercial voice work. His role as Birdman here and in the Cartoon Network bumpers was the only time he branched into cartoon voice acting. But his quite gravelly voice is easy to recognize, and if you heard him in a commercial, you'd be like, "Hey, isn't that the guy who voiced Birdman?"
    • Moltar and Zorak were voiced by C. Martin Croker, who died in 2016 from food poisoning. Alongside those two roles, he was also known for playing Dr. Weird and Steve from Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Swayzak from Toonami (though we don't know if the latter was him or Carl Lumbly.)
    • Chad Ghostal was voiced by Brad Abelle, who, like Scott Finnell, has usually only done commercial work, as well as movie trailer narration. Space Ghost and a certain Christian DTV kids' movie are the only notable regular voice work Abelle has done.
  • The Other Darrin: A variation: Gary Owens, the voice of Space Ghost in the original 1960s cartoon, is used by the current Space Ghost's former mentor, Warren, as a replicant so he could have Space Ghost on his own show. Gary is rendered as an image of Space Ghost over a boiling cauldron that occasionally blinks into his real face. The real Space Ghost, feeling that Warren violated their trust as mentor and student, confronts him and Gary to reclaim his identity.
    • In "Spanish Translation", Brak was voiced by C. Martin Croker. In all other appearances, he was voiced by Andy Merrill.
    • In "Woody Allen's Fall Project", Space Ghost was played by Andy Merrill, Zorak was played by Dave Willis, and Moltar was played by Gus Jordan.
