- The death of Aaron, after he is shot to death by the Kingpin for refusing to kill Miles.
- Stan Lee's cameo is a huge tear-jerker for much of the audience, as this is the first film with a Stan Lee cameo in it to be released after his death. His line of dialogue discussing the death of that world's Spider-Man is especially emotional. "I'm going to miss him. We were friends, you know."
