Word of God has this to say: This is another game based on the Nogginknockers design, only even less complex than the first one, as a very quick project for our friends at Overclocked, an emulation humor page/comic strip. The artwork was done by the site's creator, and in fact, features characters from his webcomic. You'll also remember Pretzel and Green's cameo in Nogginknockers X. People often ask me what the deal was between Bloodlust and Overclocked. The truth is there was a wave of hostility from the Emulation scene when Bloodlust relaunched (most people had no idea that we made games long before emulators) and Overclocked gave us a warm welcome.
