Roleplay of Geass is a forum on Fanfiction.Net. Organized by Blazing Demon it gathers Roleplaying Authors from around fanfiction.net all to one place for a Code Geass Role Play based off the original storyline. The Original Characters serve only to empower the Canon characters and take no shine away from them. The authors are very fair organized Role Players. LIST OF TROPES APPEARING IN THIS WORK

• The Ace: Bezide Ascato is infuriatingly perfect at everything, fights using a broken as hell machine, and is even stated to have been born / made that way.
• Adult Child:Poena. . .in a very twisted way.
• Affably Evil: Crine Dela Ranefort is just a nice old man, Friend to All Living Things, and always polite to everyone...oh, is that hug of his hurting you?
• All Men Are Perverts:We've got Glass Note, JC, and recently. . .Blazing Demon?
  • • Well it was just one instance with J Cogg and the OT 3 thing. Same with Blazing. Glass, however, is a straighter example.
• Ascended Extra: Knight of Nine.
  • Another Ascended Extra,the entire EU. in the actual series it was basically hufflepuff house, but here it is a major player, with both UNLE and the White Dragons strring up trouble
• Ax Crazy: Darker. There are more Ax Crazy characters, but. . .DARKER, man. His birth name is AX-L.

• • • And now there's a female that can rival Darker. Meet Poena.
    • Rival? It seems like Darker's the type to forget about people he traps with his Geass, for quite some time. I'd rather be captured by him then Poena any day *shudder*.
    • Gadvein can safely be added to this list. Emphasis on CRAZY.
    • And the majority of the Huckebein Family. Emphasis on Kyrie, more entertaining and less out and out insane, Tommy, who is...not mentally well, and will strangle you for a crooked tie, and Fortin, who is Wicked Cultured and likes discussing the various elements of a successful slaughter.
• Badass: Nero has been described as the Chuck Norris of the RP. Just let that sink in.
  • • Cade Lpagne had the nerve to be snide with the scoundrel above, while holding a gun on him. And this was after rescuing Nunnally from a madman, in about five seconds. Something that took C.C. a day!
    • They can both bypass Geass.
• Badass Abnormal: He may not have any Geass or other special powers, but one thing is for sure, James is the most interesting Britannian. . . in the galaxy.
  • • If Allen's alter ego punched you, you would have a strong urge to thank him
• Badass Family: The Huckebein Family might not all be related by blood, but they kick ass like nobody's business. They also have a humongous gallery of custom Knightmares for people based on temperament.
• Bishonen Bezide, who can be mistaken for a girl...until you see his buffed out body.
  • Played straighter with Tommy.
• Breaking the Fourth Wall: More like turning the fourth wall into dust, Cade has a Twitter page, where he talks about upcoming events and gives his reaction to them.
  • Recently C.C had assumed Lelouch would've fainted from watching her and Anise, leaving people confused as to why she would think that. In the discussion thread Blazing elaborated that she really meant I bet Glass Has passed out by now.
• Berserk Button: Jason has a few.
  • When Vian is fighting Kyrl, don't you ever, ever, EVER get in his way.
    • Yuji Mukado is normally a very calm, cool type. But if you hurt Rei Rookridge, run for the hills, though this will not help you in the least.
    • Try to find something that isn't a Berserk Button to Tommy Huckebein.
    • No. Don't. It won't work.
  • C.C. can resort to shooting or mind raping someone if they lay a hand on MaokoPoor Rolo...

• BFS: Holds a special place in Jason's heart.
  • And the Behemoth's BFS, but this time its a Big F*cking Spear, for extra, ahem, symbolism.
• BFG: Destiny. Edge. Dragoon. 'Nuff said.
• Bi the Way: So it would appear we've got. . .Nunnally and Alice?

  • • On a Villainous instance, Crine Della Ranefort.
• Combat Tentacles: Yuji Mukado has these as the reason he does not have a gun. Each of them is tipped with a deadly blade, and can rip enemies limb from limb. It goes up to eleven with his Knightmare, Ballad Bird, a huge Spider Tank.
• Crowning Moment of Awesome: Takumi vs. Roy
• Crowning Moment of Heartwarming: Pretty much all of the scenes post-Narita that involve Rai x Milly.
  • The recent scenes with C.C. and Maoko after the Clovisland arc
• Dark Action Girl: Lisa, eventually, after enough heartache makes her snap. She goes from pervy fangirl to a destructive Ax Crazy Cute Psycho.
• Darker and Edgier: Just go to the top and read that over again. . .
• Deus Angst Machina: Infinity's initial back story. It's been modded out.
• Does This Remind You of Anything??: Anise kills you. With pole dancing. Yeah.
• Evil Counterpart: The White Dragons to the Black Knights.
• Evil Empire: It's. . .Code Geass. Be realistic.
• Evil Old Folks: Crine again, but more of a Well-Intentioned Extremist Old Folks. To elaborate more on what makes him bad would spoil things.
• Expy: Several. Noah Eis Britannia of Chairman Gilbert Durandal, Jason Amver of Shinn Asuka, Michael Runehart of Michael Garret, from GXS, and Kira Yamato, from Gundam SEED, Cade Lpagne of Neku Sakuraba
• Expanded Universe: Glass' Tri-Shot Fanfic is set in the Taningu Shoku universe, but he himself doesn't deem it canon, and hasn't even asked if it should be considered canon.
• Fan-Preferred Couple: Glass and Nunnally
• Five-Man Band: On the author side.
  • The Hero: Blazing Demon

  • The Smart Guy: Again this is interchangable with JC or Grim.
  • The Brute: Mithos, he isn't the dim or mean kind though, he's the only one who doesn't tease Glass about liking Nunnally(which he doesn't, but it's still funny as hell) and infact his knowledge rivals(if not surpasses) JC's and Grim's at times. In fact he only fits this role because his chaeracters have as much brawn as they do brain. Don't believe us? Rai is as fit as Suzaku and as smart as Lelouch. Remember how Suzaku can lift his mecha's foot? Thought so.
  • The Chick: Anyone who's not feeling up to R Ping while in the chat thread falls into this category.
  • The Sixth Ranger: Glass could bwe considered this seeing as how he doesn't behave like a fourteen year old most of the time. When he does he fits the role of Tagalong kid or the Bumblebee.

  • The Sixth Ranger: Arguably Cade, although he never meets them, he is a protagonist(your milage may vary on that one) and is in the Geass Cult.

• On the side of Markos and the UNLE
  • Big Bad: Markos Alkhait: The Chairman of the UNLE, a deadly politician, and a mastermind who worked into place a scheme to turn Gadvein's rampages into an overall win.
  • The Dragon: Bring Sharpain and Devine Estermin: The best pilots in Markos' Army, he had the good sense to clone them.
  • Evil Genius: Regine Empriste: The weapons designer, head of Arcanatic Order, creator of numerous high powered weapons, and...a complete enigma even to his allies.
  • The Brute: Filia Coreson: The one that Markos sics on people who have earned his ire. She makes it a habit of ripping enemies apart. An unusual instance in that she is Dangerously Genre Savvy, very intelligent and yet...is content being The Brute, mostly due to her...habits.
  • Dark Chick: Lisa Carver: The Face Heel Turn'd student with four mechanical limbs, Lisa is the lone "everygirl" of the group, but is also the most psychotic. She can snap at the most random of things.
  • Sixth Ranger: Revial Coreback: The sniper who always shows up to a battle on top of a ship, ready to snipe out enemies en masse from afar.
• Gambit Pileup:Everyone and their MOTHER has something planned.
• Game Breaker: The 0-Quantom, especially with the Tsurugis added on. 0-Quantom Tsurugi Form Requiem turns this trope up to eleven.
• Gratuitous Japanese: The title is actually Taningu Shoku, which translates into Turning Colours.
• Genre Savvy: James was fully aware that he could fail his attempt at capturing Cornelia. Dude had a backup story.
• In the Blood: The fate of most Lpagne's, not that they even have to be a blood relative. Whether they where born with the last name, adopted(see Cade), or married into the family, NOBODY with the last name Lpagne has had a good life froim adolescence onward.
• It Gets Easier: Fortin's feelings on murder. He even has a Hannibal Lecture planned on this subject.
• I Have Boobs - You Must Obey!: C.C. resorted to pressing herself against Mikhalis to make him risk life and limb after already nearly being killed several times just a few hours before.
• Jerkass Woobie: Tommy Huckebein, overlaps some with Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds. He has a hellish past, but he is also an utter psycho.
• Meaningful Name: Poena's full name is. . .painful torture.
• Magnificent Bastard Lelouch can be so magnificent that he can screw up the plans of his future allies and current enemies in one go.
  • and with a single small bomb too.
• Large Ham: Gadvein Allrage has a habit of making his announcements very, very loudly. His robots are just as bad with this.
• Lighter and Softer:With most of the forum being slightly darker and edgier, the band Gecko Leviathan invokes this trope instead of the norm. Their problems are just as serious and important to them as anyone elses are, however they don't affect the outcome of many peoples lives, or involve killing or mind raping anyone. Most of their issues involve having not finished a song, what to do once Cade is gone, and how they sound, so there should be no angst inducing contemplation filled scenes with them.
• Limp and Livid: Poena has shades of this.
• Shout-Out: Cade Lpagne in name and appearance to Lightening LDrago from Metal Fight Beyblade. For the formerly mentioned reasons dealing with his name. Appearance wise his hair, eyes, and attire(his headphones are black plus it can be logically assumed he's mostly in his ashford boys uniform when seen.) mimic L Drago's color scheme.
  • The Hexannic Cannons, the Mori Group, the Soranian Empire are all shout outs to Sengoku Basara.
  • Mifune is a blatent shout out to Soul Eater
• Smug Snake: Alec is this, combined with Mary Sue. His R Per insists that he be feared and respected by all, when he is in fact just a whiny brat.
• Squee: Most of the Author's reactions upon finding the Trope page.
• Trapped by Mountain Lions: Lisa Carver, why do we care what you are doing... averted, hard, in the start of R2.
• You Taste Delicious:Mmm C.C may think Allen is better tasting than Pizza.
