- Aria - Fairly nasty for a Starter Villain, but she's left in the dust when it comes to the heinous standard.
- Seryu - While an Ax Crazy bitch she's given enough Pet the Dog moments that keep her from counting.
- Any Wild Hunt member who isn't Syura or Champ - All of them fail the heinous standard set by those two and with the exception of Enshin, they have a few mitigating factors as well. For instance, Izou shows some Noble Demon traits, Dorothea has a few Even Evil Has Standards moments and Cosmina has a Dark and Troubled Past that left her insane and out of her mind.
- Esdeath - While just as responsible for the corruption as Honest, she has a few Pet the Dog moments that keep her off this trope.
