Removed misused examples; article structure[]
Many examples were not making clear which person played which part, some of these have been marked. Remove some misused examples: Fafhrd and Gray Mouser. Gray Mouser has some skill with magic, but is more a thief or rogue. Thomas Covenant has several bodyguards. Remove spoiler text on Dragonlance not relevant to trope.
The text also refers to type 1 and type 2, but the description does not use these types but rather names them. The split of the examples into two subgroups also means that there are examples of pairings which do not fall neatly into either.
