I don't think The Wicked Witch of the West counts as a CM, she's a generic evil witch who does next to nothing other than trying to kill Dorothy and her friends, and if you consider OZ The Great and Powerful canon she's totally disqualified. Lady Satsuki (talk) 14:40, August 29 , 2015 (UTC)
