  • Before making a single edit, Tropedia EXPECTS our site policy and manual of style to be followed. Failure to do so may result in deletion of contributions and blocks of users who refuse to learn to do so. Our policies can be reviewed here.
  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO Janna2000, SelfCloak or RRabbit42. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

You should have found a steeper cliff.

Cquote2

    • Lee's ending in 5, with a lot of Fan Disservice from Heihachi. To elaborate: he wins the tournament and makes Heihachi his butler, forcing him to wear a speedo with a bowtie. While he's attending to him (and his girls) by his estate pool, he mutters threats under his breath... just as Lee reminds him that there is a bomb in the bowtie, and Lee has the detonator with him. Heihachi resumes his duties quickly and frantically, while Lee utters his trademark "Excellent!"
    • Lee's ending in 6. He plays golf, using exploding golf balls. . . aiming for Heihachi, Kazuya and Jin strapped to rockets.
    • Heihachi and Kuma/Panda all share a similar ending in 6. Heihachi takes Jin and Kazuya into high orbit (Heihachi and Kazuya in Kuma/Panda's case), then throws them off of the shuttle. Only for this to bite him in the ass. Heihachi, Kazuya, and Jin (or Kuma/Panda, Heihachi, and Kazuya ) all wind up descending back to earth like shooting stars. As they blast off like Team Rocket in Pokémon, Ganryu is seen pining for Julia.
    • Lars' TTT 2 ending has him imagining how his and the Mishima's lives would've been like, if they didn't have their blood feud. This leads the guy to think (or better said, dream) of a family dinner that also includes Jun (as Jin's mother / Kazuya's once-lover) and Asuka (as Jun's niece). Hilarity Ensues.
  • "Two Fingers!"
  • Bob's ending in 6. He loses all of his weight. And is DEVASTATED.
  • Panda's ending in 5, in which Kuma gets rejected (again) and Xiaoyu gets a little too curious. Just... here.
  • Tekken Tag has a mode called Tekken Bowl, where a fighter and his/her partner go bowling. The game uses a power meter, and it's tricky to do but if you get it just over max your fighter will slide down the lane.
    • Also in Tekken Bowl, your character can aim right out of the lane then throw the ball, which results in hitting a spectator. Like the manual says in imitating the fighting moves, both of these moments results in the game helpfully pointing out "Don't Try This At Home".
  • Xiaoyu's ending in 6 starts as so adorable, it Tastes Like Diabetes. That's not the funny part. The hilarity comes when... it turns out it was all a dream of hers, and as she dreams that she's hugging Jin to calm him down from a suicide attempt. . . she's actually hugging a VERY confused Panda. Who then knocks her awake.
  • Ganryu's T6 ending is a rehash of Hwoarang's. . . but unlike the latter, this one is Played for Laughs. It's not because when Ganryu touched the orb after pulling out of Azazel and got a Devil Form, a-la Devil Jin - the only downside that he could not fly due to his obvious weight!
  • In T6, giving Heihachi the Tiger Cape (which makes him look like a pimp) revives a certain gag from TT1. . . where he changes his standard throw for one where he bends his opponent over his knee and spanks them rather than headbutting or grabbing them.
  • Some of the Tag Tournament 2 special win poses are hilarious:
    • Xiaoyu and Jin: one has Xiaoyu tripping and falling to the ground... and Jin simply crosses his arms like saying "c'mon Xiao, are you pretending to be helpless? I know you too well to fall for THAT!"
      • A second one has Jin walking away as Xiaoyu claps her hands to congratulate him on the win, then she pouts and follows.
      • A third one has Xiaoyu going to Jin, gleefully grabbing his hands and hopping in joy. And Jin just lets her.
    • Jin and Asuka: She happily extends her hand for a handshake, but Jin ignores her and walks by. She looks VERY annoyed.
    • Heihachi and Kazuya: they look at one another... and then kinda flex via crossing their arms
      • Similarly, Heihachi and Lars cross arms and then look suspiciously at one another, with Lars kinda covering his face.
    • Heihachi and Jinpachi: they first stand in front of one another, then pose as if saying "LET'S FIGHT"... and then mutually headbutt each other
    • Angel vs Devil Jin: She turns and immediately flies away. What makes it funny is how the scene is set: she initally walks to him but then she turns and leaves like saying "NOPE", and he just looks at her as if he's shocked.
    • Xiaoyu and Panda: They make a silly-yet-cute-looking dance.
      • Another has Panda kinda hopping away and ignoring Xiaoyu, who has to follow her.
    • Heihachi and Xiaoyu: She looks closer at him as if checking for injuries, and he looks almost endearingly embarrassed.
      • In another, she makes a typical "annoyed anime girl" pose at him and he looks at her like saying "what did I do?!"
    • King II and Marduk: make flexes and shout/roar at each other
    • Hwoarang and Jin: Hwoa goes into a fighting stance and Jin stares as if saying "cut that out, will you?"
    • Asuka and Lili: They do a high-five - but overdo it and hurt their hands.
    • Lili and Sebastian (her old butler): she comes into the ring all proud and showy, the old man just leaves as if he didn't see her, and she all but throws her hands in the air before following him.
    • Alex and Roger Jr: another silly dance. Or fighting stances that look like silly dances.
    • Panda and Kuma: He gleefully jumps at her as if to glomp her. She either uppercuts him away or tosses him to the ground.
      • In another, they also go into silly dances.
    • Ganryu and Normal Bob: they bump bellies and high-five each other.
      • If it's Slim Bob, Ganryu pats his belly proudly while Bob looks closer with jealousy plastered all over his face.
    • Alisa and Mokujin: She whips out her chainsaws and he looks horrified.
    • Alisa and Jack: they flex and drab together
    • Alisa and COMBOT: they make poses. . . and then she takes off her head. He tries, but cannot.
    • Alisa and Dragunov: she looks at him closer - and her head falls off. He stares at her like saying "... da hell?"
    • Anna and Kazuya: Anna makes some sexy poses, but Kazuya simply crosses his arms.
    • Anna and Nina: Anna tries to flaunt herself similarly, except Nina just kicks her away.
    • Two Jack-6 against each other: they nod, raise their hands. . . and fly away.
