Hey, It's That Voice!:
- Kevin Conroy (Batman from B:TAS) and Mark Hamill (Joker from B:TAS) come for Robin's debut episode, appropriately enough voicing his father and Tony Zucco, the man who kills Dick's parents.
- Also, a few other voice actors from the DCAU came to reprise their roles (namely Luthor, Superman, and Lois Lane).
- And the obligatory Adam West appearance... as the mayor of Gotham.
- Batman is voiced by Rino Romano, known as the US voice actor of Tuxedo Kamen, but also Spider-Man from the 2002 PC game, and Resident Evil "A little rough, don't you think?"
- Frank Gorshin (The Riddler from the Adam West series, RIP) voices, if you can believe it, Hugo Strange.
- The Riddler himself was voiced by Robert Englund aka Freddy Kreuger.
- And the Penguin? That's Tom Kenny, aka SpongeBob SquarePants, Mumbo and Starscream.
- The Joker is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
- Brandon Routh, the star of Superman Returns, plays an original villain named Everywhere Man. And the blonde chick in that episode is Chloe.
- Juni Cortez's real-life twin is Robin. Tenten is Batgirl. Juni Cortez himself was Wrath's Robin, Scorn.
  - Wrath himself was the title character of Jake 20.
- Ellen Yin is Mulan. Ethan Bennett is Eugene. Commisioner Gordon is Skinner. Basil Karlo is Hodges. Cluemaster is Otho. Francis Grey is Flik.
- Firefly is Chase Young and Kovu. Mercy Graves is Xiao Mei and Domino.
- Gearhead is Will Friedle (Ron Stoppable, Terry McGinnis and the new Lion-O).
- The T-1000 is Hawkman. Toymaker is voiced by Patton Oswalt.
- Ron Perlman is Killer Croc and Rumor.
- Ragdoll and D.A.V.E are Jeff Bennett (Dexter's dad, Creeper, Prowl, and Johnny Bravo). And another Joker!
- Sokka is Jimmy Olsen.
- Chief Rojas was originally Gaff and William Adama.
- Nightwing is Captain Marvel, Quinn Mallory and Woody Hoyt
- Two members of the Terrible Trio are voiced by Grey DeLisle ((who also voiced Dick Greyson's mother) Sam Manson and another Catwoman) and David Faustino (Bud Bundy and Mako). (Grey is the goth girl(Vulture) and David is the leader of the trio(Fox), respectively.)
- Lucius Fox is Gerak and Emil Foley.
- Black Mask's original Number One and Shadow Thief are Hoss Delgado, Oswald, and another Batman.
- Hynden Walch is Harley Quinn.
- The Flash is Jesse Travis and another Flash. Martian Manhunter is Modo and War Machine.
- Mirror Master is Dan Fielding.
- Dr. Langstrom is John Cage and Doctor Octopus.
- Cash Tankenson, Ethan Bennett's replacement, is Patrick Warburton, also known as Kronk, Joe Swanson, Brock Samson, Buzz Lightyear, The Tick, Lok, and Cad, among others.
- Mr. Freeze is voiced by Clancy Brown(Lex Luthor, Mr. Sinister, Mr. Krabs, Kelvin Inman, The Kurgan, Silas, and Sergeant Zim).
- Alfred is Mortanius. Count Dracula is Uli Kunkel and Meltdown.
- Gina Gershon is Catwoman.
- In the Japanese dub of the series, Mr. Freeze is voiced by Tesshō Genda, who played Batman in the Japanese dub of Batman: The Animated Series.
- Batgirl is done by Danielle Judovits AKA Loopy.
- Rachael MacFarlane is Blaze.
- Dan Castellaneta of The Simpsons fame is the Ventriloquist and Scarface. (The former sounding like Ol' Gil and the latter essentially sounding like Krusty without the humor.)
- Black Mask is Vilgax, Sideswipe, Hawkman and Harry Morgan.
