- Hey, It's That Guy!: Barry Allen is also Dawson's dad. Additionally, the Trickster is Luke Skywalker, and reporter Joe Kline is Detective John Munch.
- Hey, It's That Voice!: Alex Desert (who played Barry's lab assistant Julio) also voiced Nick Fury in both Wolverine and the X-Men and Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes. Mark Hamill (the Trickster) would later go on to voice The Joker in the DC Animated Universe...and briefly reprised this series' role by voicing a more harmless version of Trickster in Justice League Unlimited.
- John Wesley Shipp would later go on to (ironically enough) voice Professor Zoom in the Flash's focus episode "Requiem for a Scarlet Speedster" on Batman the Brave And The Bold.
