The Queen of Etheria is an ongoing adult comic based on She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, illustrated by NSFAni and based on storyboards by DraceDomino. Adora may have awakened a new power which may be the key to defect the Horde and save Etheria... if only she could focus her dirty mind on anything besides the beautiful princesses who surround her.
It's currently made of two parts, If You Were Less Boring Your Daughter Wouldn't Be Pregnant and The Field Test.
Tropes used in The Queen of Etheria include:
- A Date with Rosie Palms: The inciting incident of the story is Adora being prevented from engaging in this, forcing her in a boring meeting where her mind is left to wander...
- Blatant Lies: Catra is completely over Adora and has no issues with her impregnating Glimmer. Don't mind her swearing "to flay that sparkly c*** alive".
- Dirty Mind Reading: An inverted case of this trope: Adora's power is more like an unconscious "Dirty Mind Broadcasting", bordering on brainwashing, making the targets share in Adora's sexual fantasies and horniness.
- Friends with Benefits: Perfuma's view of her tryst with Adora and Mermista, to the consternation of the latter (who has more issues with the friends part than with the benefits one).
Perfuma: I'm so glad I can share this experience with friends~! |
- Hermaphrodite: Adora has a penis and a pair of testicles instead of female genitalia: this seems to be a recent development as a consequence of her transformation in She-Ra, as a flashback to her time in the Fright Zone shows her using a strap-on.
- Jail Bait: While choosing a subject for her sexual fantasies, Adora is left only with Glimmer and Frosta as last options. She immediately decides on Glimmer after taking a brief look at Frosta.
- Just Think of the Potential: Glimmer's justification for investigating Adora's mind control powers is as a mean to end the war against the Horde, by brainwashing them in wanting peace.
- Living Aphrodisiac: What Adora's mind power basically amounts to.
- Making Love in All the Wrong Places: Adora and Glimmer first time is consumed on the Council Room table. Queen Angella is not amused.
- My Secret Pregnancy: Averted. Not only is Glimmer's pregnancy (and its paternity) not a secret in Bright Moon, she actually distribuites propaganda leaflets about it inside the Fright Zone.
- No Pregger Sex: Averted. Adora and Glimmer clearly enjoy regular sex even while the latter is in her last trimester: she even produces and distributes a propaganda poster to boast of the fact.
- Parental Incest: Shadow Weaver, the closest thing to a parental figure to Adora, was compelled to do this by Adora's unconscious mind powers in some occasions. She doesn't seem to mind, although Glimmer is suitable grossed out.
- Power Perversion Potential: The entire premise of the comic is that, in addition to the canonical power of She-Ra, Adora also acquired male genitalia and mind control powers, which she uses to... have sex with her fellow princesses (and Shadow Weaver). In her defense, she is completly unaware of this brainwashing power.
- Reverse Psychology: Used by Glimmer in The Field Test to have Adora's fantasize about Mermista and Perfuma (and therefore use her mind altering powers on them).
- Spoiler Title: The title of the first chapter, If You Were Less Boring Your Daughter Wouldn't Be Pregnant is... well, Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
- Time Skip: The first part takes place shortly after the Season Two episode Ties That Bind (as the revelation of Entrapta's "betrayal" is fresh in Adora's mind) but a few days before Reunion (as explicitly stated in the postscript); the second part takes place months later around Season 4 (since Shadow Weaver is a prisoner of the Alliance while Glimmer is Queen and clearly pregnant after the events of the previous part).
- Would Hurt a Child: Shadow Weaver admits to having at times intentionally starved Adora to test her abilities, testing if the young girl would try to compel her to provide rations.
