Theatre Artist Darryl Maximilian Robinson has long admired the works of the great American poet and storyteller Edgar Allan Poe. Between the decade of 1991 and 2001, in the cities of Louisville, Ky., St. Louis, Mo. and Chicago, Il., with a variety of very talented stage performers, Mr. Robinson garnered some critical praise and attention for his adaptation, staging and performance as THE NARRATOR in multiple presentations of "THE RAVEN AND SIX OTHER POINTS OF INTEREST" by EDGAR ALLAN POE.

"The Raven" is a narrative poem of the horror genre published in 1845. Oft parodied and referenced, it is the most famous work by author Edgar Allan Poe, and to this day is one of the most well-known pieces of poetry ever written.
It tells the tale of an unidentified narrator who is mourning the loss of his love, Lenore, when he is interrupted by the tapping of a raven whose constant repetition of the word "Nevermore" increasingly aggravates him to the point of madness.
