- Vector Prime's Heroic Sacrifice in "Guardian". It's easily one of the saddest moments in all of Transformers. Bud's initial obliviousness before he slowly understands what's happening and breaks down in tears just twists the knife.
- Hot Shot, Scattershot, and Red Alert's Near-Death Experience in "Critical". The latter two have accepted death but the former just thinks he's been blinded in battle and casually think he can just initiate his self-repair programs to fix his optics. Thank goodness those three recovered... with interest.
