Some guys are drawn to strong ladies. They know if they land a badass girlfriend they'll always be safe with her nearby, and watching a woman kick ass and take names may or may not be their personal turn-on.
Then there are the ones who take it a step further. They want that woman to break the rules and spit on social conventions, to watch her step on anyone who so much as looks at her the wrong way, the scary lady with the bad reputation. Sometimes they think they can change a bad girl into a sweet little kitten, other times they want that bad girl to step on them.
The gender inverse of All Girls Want Bad Boys.

- Mummymon and Arukenimon from Digmon 02, full stop. She can abuse him all he wants and he'll still be wholly devoted to her.
- Some Ecchi or Hentai mangas are all about this trope, with the (usually) male protagonist being thoroughly dominated by a very fem-dommy Miss Fanservice and loving it.

- In Fire Emblem Awakening, this happens if the Avatar pursues Tharja or Aversa. Both dwell on dark magic and have very sinister personalities, and were working for the enemy before joining the army. Though in Aversa's case, she followed Validar under the belief that he saved her as a little girl. He didn't.
- Gaius outright admits that he's attracted to Tharja because of her Bad Girl appeal, and in their ending they become an Outlaw Couple.
- Parodied with Noire (Tharja's future daughter) and Laurent. He admits being thrilled by her Split Personality's Large Ham outbursts and verbal abuse, which embarrasses her.
- In Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, it seems that this is the case with Brendan Reed and his new wife Sonia. She's wicked to the core and he lets her abuse him and the Black Fang because she's just so forceful and beautiful and besides, she loves him...except she never did, and when she gleefully reveals this to Brendan, he's horrified. His last words as she kills him are begging his sons to "forgive their foolish father".
Visual Novels[]
- In Euphoria, Nemu Manaka's Establishing Character Moment is biting Keisuke Takato's ear and licking the protagonist's blood. If the player follows her route, the trope sets in as he feel both repulsed by her behaviour but attracted to her lack of morals, with a hint of Birds of a Feather since the Takato is very sadistic himself. Actually subverted: Nemu is not half as cold and immoral as she seems to be... but now, if one talks about Kanae. . .

- One of the Beavis and Butt-Head tie-in books has Butt-Head fantasizing about Daria as a dominatrix, suggesting he secretly longs to be stepped on.
