John is a computer whiz who noticed Greg is injured while fixing his car’s engine. Greg has a serious burn injury on his left hand, and John goes on Google to have first aid to help Greg long enough to bring him to the hospital. When asked by a doctor, John told him he seen a web video about burn care.
