Yōko Ogai (小粥 よう子 Ogai Yōko?), July 5, 1959 in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan) is a Japanese voice actress. She's had roles under both her real name and her new psudonym of Akari Hibino (日比野 朱里 Hibino Akari?), so both will be listed here: in any way, in both "names" she tends to go Cross-Dressing Voices more often than not.
She also was married to Yoichi Takahashi of Captain Tsubasa fame.
