Youkoso! Sukebe Elf no Mori e? or Welcome! To the Lewd Elf Forest? is 2017 Hentai visual novel that was later adapted into a 4 episode anime that started in 2018. The story follow the male human Yuichi who is taken from his world by the elf Nol to Alfheim, the world of the elves. It is Nol's intention to have the protagonist become Alfheim's "messiah" and have him procreate with the elves of her village in order to save them from near extinction as a result of a war between the high elves and the dark elves.

In Alfheim, the world of elven women, there was a great war between two factions of elves, the high elves and the dark elves. While the war is ongoing between the two factions, the Holy Tree, the source of magic throughout Alfheim and "mother" to all elves, has started to lose its power and it stopped producing to new elves. However, there is a prophecy that a man from another world is destined to be the savior of the elven race and save them from extinction.

And it was not too long the protagonist is now brought to the world of Elves... However, since both elven factions have lost many members of their tribes the only way for them to multiply and win the war, is to bear the protagonist's children.

And so both factions approach him to make babies for their own sake, the protagonist falters on what to do when in between warring elven factions.

Tropes used in Youkoso! Sukebe Elf no Mori e? include:

• Adaptational Wimp: The high elves outside of Nol don't get to show their battle prowess in the anime.
• Affably Evil: The dark elves in general. Granted, they did want to monopolize the magic of the Holy Tree and spent a good portion of the story trying to kidnap Yuichi and force him to be their Sex Slave. But it is shown that as they do care about one another, will uphold their word, and can be reasoned with. Plus, its not like Yuichi was against the idea of having sex them. It makes it a little more believable when they do undergo their Heel-Face Turn.
• Affectionate Parody: Can be seen as one for the isekai/harem genre. The basic premise of the story is a generic guy gets isekai to a fantasy world specifically because the Inhumanly Beautiful Race that lives there needs a fertile male human to reproduce with. Its been memed that this Hentai is the isekai/harem genre taken to it logical conclusion.
• All Women Are Lustful: Justified. Elves were originally asexual, but their newly developed lust and desire to sexually reproduce are survival mechanisms that came to be with the Holy Tree losing its ability to produce new elves and the elven race is on the verge of going extinct.
• Ambiguously Brown: Most of the dark elves, with the exception of Misery (due to being a High Elf that defected to the Dark Elves), have much darker skin complexions than the high elves.
• Anti-Magic: Sex with Yuichi drains the magic of the magically inclined elves.
• Asexuality: Elves were originally this since the magical Holy Tree would provide them with new children when needed. As a result, all of the elves starts out the story as virgins. But shortly before the start of story, the Holy Tree lost the ability to produce new elves and their species is now on the brink of extinction. As a survival mechanism, the remaining elves find themselves with the sudden strong urge to mate with a human male and reproduce in order to ensure the continued survival of elf kind.
• Babies Ever After: Many of the endings in the visual novel will result in one or all of the elves pregnant with the Yuichi's children. In the anime OVA, its implied all seven elven women are pregnant by the end of the story but only Lucie shows signs of Obviously Pregnancy seeing as she was the first elf Yuichi impregnated.
• Baby Factory: Gender Inverted and quickly subverted. The elves initially kidnapped Yuichi over to Alfheim so that he would impregnate them and the dark elves wanted to steal him so he would do the same for them but it doesn't take long for the elves to take romantic interest in him instead of just wanting him as a breeding stud.
• Balanced Harem: In the anime and the harem route in the visual novel, as Yuichi spends relatively equal time with all of elves, even the ones that are suppose to antagonists at the time. Averted, in the other routes in the visual where Yuichi can chose a "favorite" among the girls, resulting in different endings.
• Big Bad: Delva Celebrían, the leader of the dark elves, although she does grows out of this as the story continues.
• Big Good: Nol, the leader of the high elves and the one who isekai Yuichi to Alfheim.
• Blinding Bangs: Yuichi is portrayed with having the typical Hentai protagonist hair cut.
• Cat Girl: Delva temporary turn into this became this. Only time she does this in the anime is after being splashed with Lucie's aphrodisiac.
• Chick Magnet: Played with. While the Yuichi is a nice guy that does end up with a harem of beautiful elven women, he is quite literally their only option to the elves that wants to experience sex with a man and/or have children.
• Deconstruction: Of the isekai/harem genre while simultaneously parodying it. The story really went out its way to justify the isekai/harem set up. Why are all these beautiful women after our generic protagonist from another world? He is literally the only guy available in their world after he was teleported there. Why have all these elven women become very lustful despite being virgins for hundreds of years? They were originally asexual as their means of reproduction was magic-based. Once the Holy Tree lost its power to create new elves, the remaining elves developed strong libido as a survival mechanism to ensure the continued survival of their race. Why are the elves willing to "share" the protagonist? They are on the verge of extinction and need to produce as many elven children as possible, hence why our protagonist is given a harem of elven women.
• Desires Prison: Invoked by Nol when Elda gets captured. She gets Yuichi to have sex with the restrained Elda to keep her docile, though whether this works isn't known as Delva frees Elda very soon after she gets captured.
• Disproportionate Reward: So why does Nol believe Yuichi is the perfect candidate to be Alfheim's "messiah" who deserves a harem of beautiful elven women and father the next generation of elves? Because he asked if she needed help after mistaking for a lost child. Throughout the story, Yuichi does get frequently rewarded for just acting like a decent human being. There's also one other part about him being able to see through her illusion that she used to walk around the human world without being noticed.
• Double Standard: Rape (Female on Male): Played straight. The dark elves make it very clear that intend to kidnap Yuichi, rape him, and force him to be their Sex Slave. However, Yucihi never holds it against them after their initial "defeat", and does eventually let them join his harem. It does help that Yucihi was never really against the idea of having sex with them in the first place, he just doesn't want them hurting the other elves to get to him.
• The Dragon: Misery Stentrem to Delva Celebrían.
• Featureless Protagonist: Yuichi whom the audience is clearly meant to project themselves onto them.
• The Generic Guy: Yuichi who is portrayed as a nice average guy. The only thing that is actually significant about him is higher than average sex drive. Other than that, he is just an everyman that the audience is meant to project themselves onto.
• Heel-Face Turn: The dark elves eventually undergo this after developing a genuine fondness for Yuichi and signing a treaty with high elves after Delva losses a "sexual contest" to Nol.
• Hot Witch: The dark elf Misery Stentrem.
• Human Mom, Nonhuman Dad: Inverted. During any ending in the visual novel where Yuichi is able to impregnate one or all of the elves, he will end up become the "human dad" to the elves "non-human mom" for their children.
• Inhumanly Beautiful Race: Naturally the elves are this.
• Interspecies Romance: The human Yuichi with his harem of elven women.
• Lady Land: Alfheim, seeing as that world is ruled by the One-Gender Race elves.
• Love Redeems: Yuichi serves as the (hot) glue that ends the war between the two elven societies and leads to them reconciling.
• Mars Needs Women: Inverted, the elves came to the human world because they need a male to procreate with.
• Marry Them All: Yuichi ends up together with all seven of the elven women in the anime OVA and in the visual novel's harem ending.
• Mayfly-December Romance: Yuichi, the protagonist of the story, looks like he is in his twenties, while the elven women he can end up with are thousands of years older than him. In Nol's route, it is shown that even she, the oldest of the elves, will still retain her youthful appearance as Yuichi grows old.
• Mother of Thousand Young: A rare non-lovecraftian example. The "Holy Tree" was technically this as all elves were originally born from the tree through magical means. After the tree lost the ability to create new elven children, the remaining elves took it upon themselves to mother the next generation of elves through "less magical means".
• Ms. Fanservice: A hat for the elves. They are all super voluptuous, wear highly Stripperiffic outfits, and have sex on such a regular basis that a good chunk of their screen time, especially in the anime, is spent naked.
• Offscreen Moment of Awesome: The unarmed Yuichi was somehow able to save the dark elf Evelyn from of pack of club wielding goblins.
• One-Gender Race: Elves in this story are exclusively female. Originally, all elves were created through the power of the Holy Tree, the source of all magic in Alfheim, so there was no need for sexual reproduction. However, once the tree starting running low on magic, elves are able to mate with human males in order to create new off springs. Since the protagonist is only human male in Alfheim, naturally all the elves in this ,story began to seek him out.
  • However, Delva's first pregnancy was with male elf twins, indicating that the One-Gender nature of the elves had been changed as a result of so many elves getting impregnated by a human.
• Our Elves Are Better: On top of being members of an Inhumanly Beautiful Race, they can live over hundred thousand years and retain their youthful appearance. In this setting they are a One-Gender Race that needs humans to reproduce. Before that they relied on the magic of the Holy Tree to produce more elves, until it lost that ability.
• Polyamory: Nearly all of the elves are fine with the idea of "sharing" Yuichi, even in most of the visual novel routes where he picks a "favorite" among them. Justified, as the continued survival of their species depends on it and Yuichi is the only available male to reproduce with in all of Alfheim
• Really 700 Years Old: Despite their youthful appearance, all of the elves are actually thousands of years old. The oldest among the elves is Nol who is 184014 years old.
• Rescue Romance: The dark elf Evelyn quickly becomes smitten for Yuichi after he saves her from a pack of goblins.
• Sexy Whatever Outfit: The elves take an interest if human outfits, while also applying their own cultural touch.
• Shameless Fanservice Girl: The elves walk in Stripperiffic outfits, and don't think twice about getting naked and having sex.
• Sliding Scale of Idealism Versus Cynicism: Very much towards the idealist side of the scale, despite the two races being at war that has left them on the verge of extinction. Our hero gets to live with one, or a harem of beautiful elves who will happily have sex with him, his presence quickly ends a war between the high elves and dark elves while helping save both races.
• Stripperific: Elves in general tend to wear very revealing outfits, which is to be expected for a Hentai.
• Summon Everyman Hero: When looking for a "messiah" in the human world, Nol just grabbed to first human male that is able to see her and who showed her the slightest bit of kindness. Honestly, likely any fertile male human could have served Nol's purposes, Yuichi just happened to be to first person to catch her eye.
• Terrible Trio: The dark elves Delva Celebrían, Misery Stentrem, and Elda Ballad, although they do get better after their Heel-Face Turn.
• Trapped In Another World: Yuichi after he was taken from Earth and brought to Alfheim by Nol, not that he is complaining as he gets a harem of elven women shortly after.
• World of Buxom: All the elves are busty women. Although Nol seems to be the exception of this, its later revealed that she can change her body to have a more curvaceous figure.
• You Gotta Have Blue Hair: Aside from a few extras, the elves all have hair colors that would be unnatural for humans (justified since they aren't human), or if their hair is normal colored, its tips are unnatural colors. Sometimes they have unnatural colors that are tipped with unnatural colors.
