  • Adored by the Network: When this show was on Nickelodeon, it always seemed to be the "B" live-action show to Drake and Josh or ICarly. However, years after it ended, Teen Nick has begun to show reruns ad nauseam, giving it nearly as many showings a day as, if not more than, Degrassi the Next Generation. It is arguably responsible for Teen Nick's rapid Network Decay.
  • Black Sheep Hit: Contrary to Dan's other shows, this one features a single camera filming style, giving it a more naturalistic look, has no laugh track, and decent continuity between seasons. • Hey, It's That Guy!:
  • What Could Have Been:
    • Per Word of God, Dana and Logan were originally planned to become a couple but this fell through when Dana was Put on a Bus and Logan was paired with Quinn.
    • As said in Cut Short, had the series not faced budgeting issues, it could have kept going.
    • Following the All That reunion and the iCarly revival, there were discussions to revive the show. Those plans came to a screeching halt in July 2021 when details emerged about how Jamie Lynn Spears had been part of Britney Spears' abusive conservatorship.
